“Should you as the guest cancel any booked tour with Geotrac Tours & Guiding Services, the following terms shall apply:

There will be a 5% admin cancellation fee on any booking cancellation regardless of when cancelling.

60 days prior to arrival – 100% refund
30 days prior to arrival – 50% refund
7 days prior to arrival – no refund will apply

Please note that above refers to any amount that has been paid to Geotrac Tours & Guiding Services, be it the deposit or the full amount of your booking”
