Dane is a passionate ambassador for this beautiful country. Born and raised in Cape Town, Dane’s ultimate objective is to showcase our country “through the eyes of a local”.

After spending 10 years behind a desk in a corporate environment, he literally packed his bags and said goodbye to the corporate jungle, to persue his career as a tourist guide.

Dane has an unquenchable thirst for sharing his knowledge and passion with his guests and has a keen sense of adventure, loves all aspects of our checkered history and “lives, eats and breaths” our rich cultural diversity and its influences that have moulded our country into what it is today. He is also passionate about South African history, local cuisine, fine wines and our unsurpassed natural and scenic beauty.

Dane’s hobbies include action and adventure sports, free diving, spear fishing, reading and cooking (oh, and eating!) He is a very jovial, highly professional and impressionable young man, so don’t let his good looks fool you!
